As a certified coach, I work with individuals struggling with the demands of life to create their path forward, embrace their purpose and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I believe that our health involves the whole person – the mind, body, and soul. I have seen that investing in our overall health carries over and impacts all areas of life.
After working in the healthcare field, I lived internationally for almost 10 years, appreciating people of various ethnicities, learning their cultures, helping make a difference in their communities and making new friends all along the journey. I moved numerous times nationally and internationally, and experienced changes in roles and responsibilities. Navigating transition has been part of my life. I understand the challenges associated with transitions and also the beauty of walking through them well.
Since returning to the US, I have been investing in women in all stages of life, learning what’s important to them and supporting them along their journey of transformation. As part of my faith, I have a heart for turning leaders into disciple makers.
I am a credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and have received training in Spiritual Leadership Coaching. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy, and I am a certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise.
Outside of my passion for coaching, I love walks in nature, a good book and spending precious time with my husband and three young adult children and spouses. I can often be found trying out a new healthy recipe in my kitchen or visiting with friends over a cup of coffee or hot tea.
